- Rename Bills.md → VPN-Subscriptions.md (more descriptive)
- Move Clash热点升级.md → Resources/Development/Tools/clash-hotspot-upgrade.md
- Create Network & VPN.md hub file with dataview query
- Add standard frontmatter to hub file
