Add new images and documentation updates; remove sensitive files

- Added new images related to architecture and development. - Updated paths in various markdown files to correct resource locations. - Created new markdown files for Python development topics. - Deleted outdated and sensitive files, moving them to a secure archive. - Added a README for the security-sensitive files archive with recommendations for handling sensitive information.

+we need to supply  `Mock.patch ` with a string representing our specific import. We do not want to supply simply  `os.getcwd `  since that would patch it for all modules, instead we want to supply the module under test’s import of os , i.e. work.os . When the module is imported patch will work its magic and return a Mock instead.
