chore: Clean up .smart-env directory and update workspace state

- Remove embedding models cache file
- Delete event logs cache file
- Remove 100+ archived inbox clipping files from .smart-env/multi directory
- Update Obsidian workspace configuration
- Consolidate and clean up temporary environment files to reduce repository bloat
