Hermes Assistant 使用说明
用途：说明如何用 Hermes 在这个 Obsidian vault 里做检索、整理、总结、沉淀知识
Vault 路径：/home/windy/.hermes/ObsidianVault
默认主技能：obsidian
研究沉淀技能：llm-wiki
1. 先理解 Hermes 在 Obsidian 里扮演什么角色
Hermes 不是单纯的“写笔记工具”，更适合作为下面四类助手：
- 收件箱整理器：扫描
00_Inbox/，判断哪些内容该进Projects / Areas / Resources / Archive - 检索总结器：跨整个 vault 搜索相关笔记，提炼结论、列出关联笔记
- 结构维护器：补 frontmatter、统一标题、保留 wikilinks、修复链接关系
- 知识编译器：把零散资料整理成可持续维护的知识页，尤其适合
airport-wiki/
你的原则应该是：
- 先记录，不急着分类
- 让 Hermes 帮你整理和连接
- 你只做最终判断，不做机械整理
2. 两个最重要的技能怎么分工
obsidian

- 维护
SCHEMA.md/index.md/log.md - 避免重复创建知识页

3. 你的 vault 最适合怎么用
00_Inbox/
用途：快速捕获，不追求整洁
Hermes 负责：
- 扫描新笔记
- 分类到 PARA
- 发现空笔记、未命名笔记、重复笔记
- 给出重命名建议
01_Projects/
用途：有明确目标、能完成的项目
Hermes 负责：
- 总结项目状态
- 抽取 next actions
- 找出 stale projects
- 把相关资源链接回来
02_Areas/
用途：长期维护的责任领域
Hermes 负责：
- 维护 area overview
- 汇总长期问题和标准
- 连接相关项目
03_Resources/
用途：长期保留的参考资料
Hermes 负责：
- 做主题总结
- 找关联笔记
- 发现缺失链接
- 从零散资源中提炼综合笔记
airport-wiki/
用途：结构化研究知识库
Hermes 负责：
- 导入资料
- 维护索引
- 更新概念页
- 做知识交叉引用
4. 最推荐的提示词写法
如果你想让 Hermes 更稳，不要只说“帮我整理一下”。
最好直接用下面这种句式。
收件箱整理
Use the obsidian skill. Review notes in 00_Inbox, classify them by PARA, and propose changes before applying them.
搜索并总结
Use the obsidian skill. Search my vault for notes about PKM and summarize the main ideas with related links.
项目状态检查
Use the obsidian skill. Review 01_Projects and tell me which projects are active, stale, or blocked.
周回顾
Use the obsidian skill. Build a weekly review from notes changed in the last 7 days across 01_Projects and 02_Areas.
研究资料沉淀
Use the llm-wiki skill. Ingest this source into airport-wiki, update related pages, and avoid duplicates.
新建笔记前先搜索
Use the obsidian skill. Search for existing related notes before creating anything new, then create the smallest correct note.

5. 一套足够实用的日常工作流
每天
- 把新内容先记到
00_Inbox/ - 不花时间当场分类
- 晚些时候让 Hermes 扫描 inbox
- 只确认 Hermes 的分类建议
示例：

每周
- 让 Hermes 生成周回顾
- 让 Hermes 找 stale projects
- 让 Hermes 找 orphan notes
- 让 Hermes 找值得长期保留的资源
示例：
Use the obsidian skill. Review my vault for the past week and give me:
1. project progress
2. stale notes
3. orphan notes
4. suggested resource notes to synthesize
做研究时
- 先保存原始资料
- 再让 Hermes 总结
- 重要知识再进入

6. 最值得坚持的几个规则
- 创建新笔记前，先让 Hermes 搜索是否已有相关内容
- 让 Hermes 先提方案，再批量改动
- 移动或拆分笔记时，要求保留 wikilinks
00_Inbox/允许混乱，但不要长期堆积03_Resources/放参考资料，不放正在执行的任务airport-wiki/只放值得长期维护的知识，不放一次性杂记

Use the llm-wiki skill. Ingest this source into airport-wiki and update existing concept pages instead of duplicating them.
8. 一句话原则
在这个 vault 里，最好的用法不是“让 assistant 替我记笔记”，而是：
我负责判断什么值得保留，Hermes 负责整理、连接、总结和结构化。
