Tier IV 核心要求
- 可用性: 99.99%（年停机 ≤ 0.8 小时）
- 冗余等级: 2N（完全冗余，任何单点故障不影响运行）
- 容错能力: 任意单一故障不影响 IT 负载
- 电力路径: 2N UPS，双市电引入
- 冷却系统: 2N 冗余，确保任何故障下制冷不中断
- 物理安全: 生物识别门禁、全区域 CCTV
机场适用性
