# Hermes Assistant 使用说明

**用途**：说明如何在这个 Obsidian vault 中，正确使用 assistant 与 skills 做检索、整理、总结与知识沉淀

## 1. 文档目标

这份文档不是介绍 Obsidian 功能本身，而是说明：

- 什么时候该让 assistant 介入
- 什么时候该用哪个 skill
- assistant 在这个 vault 里最适合做什么
- 如何避免 assistant 把 vault 越改越乱

一句话原则：

**你负责判断什么值得留下，assistant 负责搜索、整理、连接、总结和结构化。**

## 2. assistant 在这个 vault 里的正确角色

assistant 最适合扮演四种角色：

### 2.1 收件箱整理器

适用于 `00_Inbox/`

- 扫描新笔记
- 判断它们更像 Project / Area / Resource / Archive
- 找出未命名、空内容、重复、低价值笔记
- 提供重命名、合并、迁移建议

### 2.2 检索总结器

适用于整个 vault

- 搜索某主题的相关笔记
- 做总结与对比
- 提取重点
- 找出相关链接和缺失链接

### 2.3 结构维护器

适用于已有笔记的维护

- 统一 frontmatter
- 规范标题
- 保护 wikilinks
- 拆分过长笔记
- 保持 PARA 结构清晰

### 2.4 知识编译器

适用于 `airport-wiki/` 或其他长期知识区

- 导入资料
- 更新概念页与实体页
- 维护索引和日志
- 避免重复沉淀同一知识

## 3. 技能选择规则

这是最重要的部分。不要模糊地说“帮我整理笔记”，而要先知道该用哪个 skill。

### 3.1 默认先用 `obsidian`

只要你的目标是下面这些，就先用 `obsidian`：

- 读笔记
- 搜索笔记
- 创建笔记
- 更新笔记
- 整理 inbox
- 生成项目总结
- 做 weekly review
- 找孤儿笔记
- 找重复或相近笔记
- 统一标题、frontmatter、链接

可以理解为：

**凡是 vault 日常管理，先用 `obsidian`。**

### 3.2 只有在“知识沉淀”场景下才用 `llm-wiki`

当你的目标从“管理笔记”变成“构建持续演化的知识库”时，用 `llm-wiki`。

典型场景：

- 把一篇文章沉淀进 `airport-wiki/`
- 把多份资料编译成概念页
- 更新某个已存在的研究主题页
- 维护 `SCHEMA.md`、`index.md`、`log.md`

可以理解为：

**凡是研究知识的长期编译，用 `llm-wiki`。**

### 3.3 技能选择决策树

按这个顺序判断：

1. 这是日常笔记管理吗？
   是：用 `obsidian`

2. 这是长期知识库建设吗？
   是：用 `llm-wiki`

3. 这是要改 `.md` 内容但必须保护 Obsidian 语法吗？
   仍优先用 `obsidian`，并在提示词里明确要求保留 wikilinks、frontmatter、callouts

4. 这是要大范围重构很多笔记吗？
   仍先用 `obsidian`，但要求 assistant 先给变更方案，不要直接改

### 3.4 对你当前 vault 的推荐分工

- `00_Inbox/` -> `obsidian`
- `01_Projects/` -> `obsidian`
- `02_Areas/` -> `obsidian`
- `03_Resources/` -> `obsidian`
- `04_Archive/` -> 通常也是 `obsidian`
- `airport-wiki/` -> `llm-wiki`

## 4. 你的 vault 该怎么配合 assistant 使用

### 4.1 `00_Inbox/`

用途：快速捕获，不做即时分类

正确做法：

- 先写进去
- 不急着归档
- 让 assistant 扫描并提出分类建议

assistant 适合做：

- 分类到 PARA
- 标记需要重命名的笔记
- 找出明显可以归档的内容
- 识别是否和已有项目或资源相关

### 4.2 `01_Projects/`

用途：有开始和结束的主动项目

assistant 适合做：

- 识别项目状态
- 提取 next actions
- 找出卡住的项目
- 找出长期没有更新的项目
- 连接相关资源和 area

### 4.3 `02_Areas/`

用途：长期维护的责任领域

assistant 适合做：

- 汇总当前状态
- 发现长期问题
- 连接相关项目
- 更新 area overview

### 4.4 `03_Resources/`

用途：长期保留的知识和参考资料

assistant 适合做：

- 搜索同主题资料
- 做综合总结
- 发现缺失链接
- 提议新增 synthesis note

### 4.5 `airport-wiki/`

用途：结构化知识库，不是普通资料夹

assistant 适合做：

- 导入研究资料
- 更新概念页、实体页、比较页
- 维护 index / schema / log
- 避免同主题重复建页

## 5. 最稳妥的提示词模式

如果你想让 assistant 工作稳定，提示词应包含三类约束：

1. 指定 skill
2. 指定范围
3. 指定改动策略

## 6. 正确工作流

### 6.1 每天

目标：快速记录，不让组织成本打断思考

做法：

1. 新内容先写入 `00_Inbox/`
2. 不急着创建复杂目录
3. 让 assistant 做首次分类建议
4. 你只确认是否接受建议

可直接使用：

### 6.2 每周

目标：从“堆积笔记”变成“可维护系统”

做法：

1. 让 assistant 扫描 `00_Inbox/`

3. 找出 stale notes / orphan notes
4. 提议值得沉淀进 `03_Resources/` 或 `airport-wiki/` 的内容

可直接使用：

目标：把临时资料变成长期知识

## 7. 常见误用

这部分很重要。很多人不是不会用 assistant，而是用法会让 vault 迅速变乱。

### 7.1 一上来就让 assistant 批量移动整个 vault

问题：

- 容易改坏你的结构习惯
- 容易造成链接混乱
- 很难审核

正确做法：

- 先限定范围
- 先看提案
- 再做小批量改动

### 7.2 不搜索已有内容，直接让 assistant 新建很多笔记

问题：

- 容易制造重复内容
- 让 `03_Resources/` 和 `airport-wiki/` 失控

正确做法：

- 明确要求先搜索相关笔记
- 只创建“最小正确笔记”

### 7.3 把所有内容都塞进 `airport-wiki/`

问题：

- `airport-wiki/` 应该是知识库，不是杂记回收站

正确做法：

- 普通笔记继续留在 PARA
- 只有值得长期维护的知识才进入 wiki

### 7.4 把 assistant 当成“自动写作机器”

问题：

- 会产生大量低价值文本
- 容易让笔记失去你的真实判断

正确做法：

- 让 assistant 负责搜索、整理、总结、链接
- 你负责决定结论和取舍

### 7.5 不要求保留 Obsidian 语法

问题：

- 可能破坏 wikilinks、frontmatter、callouts、嵌入

正确做法：

- 在编辑提示词中明确要求保留 Obsidian markdown syntax

### 8.1 整理 inbox

## 10. 最终原则

在这个 vault 里，最好的用法不是“让 assistant 替我记笔记”，而是：

**我负责判断什么值得保留，assistant 负责整理、连接、总结和结构化。**
