feat: simplify setup with auto-disconnect and folder rename support

- init-bootstrap now automatically disconnects from original repo
- Added folder rename assistance for non-git users
- Support both git clone and ZIP download methods
- Import existing vault functionality documented
- Clearer instructions for all user skill levels
