3. **首次全量索引**:运行 `uv run --project .scripts/memory python .scripts/memory/ingest_vault.py` 无报错。

4. **增量一致性**:重命名/删除后日志可见处理记录,旧路径不再召回。

5. **隔离验证**:加入高危片段后仅进入 `memory_secure_audit`。
